We offer a wide range of wrap-around consulting services to ensure that your sales training investments correctly fit your need and achieve the desired result. Typically these services are purchased in conjunction with our EAS™ workshop, and are designed to enhance the overall training experience and impact.


Sales Process Rationalization

Experienced sales consultants work with your sales leadership team to review all sales processes and practices currently in use. Using a structured "best practices" approach, SellMasters helps your sales leadership assess those practices that are working well, those that require updating or enhancement, those that are missing, and those that should be discarded. Depending on your organization, this is done centrally or in each division that requires a different sales process. The key deliverable is a refreshed and validated sales process that includes graphical illustration in a Sales Process Map™ that is used during subsequent training programs. New salespeople find these extremely helpful.




Participant Needs Assessment

Every participant has somewhat different needs in their personal journey to sales mastery. In order to fine-tune the EAS program to benefit the group, SellMasters conducts a pre-training survey of all participants—including sales managers as a separate group. The results of this survey allow the coaching staff to add special emphasis where needed, and provide a baseline for subsequent impact assessment.




Case Study Customization

Research has shown that learning increases when the participants are challenged to apply new sales concepts to case studies that closely mirror their own selling environment. For this reason, a SellMasters consultant will work with your sales leadership team to create customized case study training materials that are highly relevant to your specific participants.




90-Day Deal-Based Coaching & Reinforcement

Why reinforcement? Training research has shown that without immediate and recurring reinforcement, up to 87% of new skills developmed during training is lost within the first four weeks. No wonder traditional sales training has created so many skeptics!

SellMasters is the first and only company to offer a practical, real-world solution. With every instructor-led workshop, 90-days of reinforcement training is automatically proposed as part of the package. And this is NOT sales theory—this is sales mastery in practice. Using the same experienced sales coaching staff that delivers your workshop program, 1-hour bi-weekly calls reinforce the overall selling skills and concepts while tackling actual deal challenges that the call participants are pursuing that week. Call groups are generally organized around a sales team, and include the manager and remote participants joining via audio and web links—with minimal disruption to their workday. International call schedules are developed to consider time zones, languages and business cultures.




Participant Impact Assessment

SellMasters' goal is to help your team achieve the level of sales mastery performance and sales productivity you seek. SellMasters conducts two post-training surveys of all participants and sales managers: one right at the end of the EAS group training event, and one toward the end of the 90-day reinforcement period. The results of the first survey allow the coaching staff to add special emphasis as needed during reinforcement. The second survey provides the baseline for ROI Analysis, and for recommendations toward subsequent training and/or sales process changes that might be beneficial.




ROI Analysis

SellMasters believes that every business investment should have an economic return, and that training is no exception. Using the industry standard Kirkpatrick Model and other ROI analysis tools developed by our partners, SellMasters consultants are available to conduct a formal analysis to help you ensure that training budgets are wisely spent.
