Sales Process Rationalization
Experienced sales consultants work with your sales leadership team to review all sales processes and practices currently in use. Using a structured "best practices" approach, SellMasters helps your sales leadership assess those practices that are working well, those that require updating or enhancement, those that are missing, and those that should be discarded. Depending on your organization, this is done centrally or in each division that requires a different sales process. The key deliverable is a refreshed and validated sales process that includes graphical illustration in a Sales Process Map™ that is used during subsequent training programs. New salespeople find these extremely helpful. |

Participant Needs Assessment
Every participant has somewhat different needs in their personal journey to sales mastery. In order to fine-tune our 1-Day workshop programs to benefit a specific group, SellMasters offers a pre-training survey of participantsincluding sales managers as a separate group. The results of this survey allow client sales management and the SellMasters' coaching staff to add special emphasis where needed, and provide a baseline for subsequent monitoring and measurement. |

Case Study Customization
Research has shown that learning increases when the participants are challenged to apply new sales concepts to case studies that closely mirror their own selling environment. For this reason, a SellMasters consultant will work with your sales leadership team to create customized case study training materials that are highly relevant to your specific participants. |
